Welcome to the Strength Club at TWU.
The Strength Club at TWU is an official sports club dedicated to improving the health and fitness knowledge and status of our members.
We seek people in all levels of fitness. Don't be intimidated if you've never lifted weights or currently don't exercise. We will show you that strength is fun and easy and that you have a great support system to succeed with us.
If you are experienced with strength, then come share your knowledge, learn new tips, make new friends, and compete in weight lifting.

High Intensity
This work out was intense, to say the least. We covered the techniques for burning fat while simultaneously toning and tightening our muscles. Click on the link to find out more.
Buns and Abs
This was a fun workout. We covered the 2 best exercises for developing the butt and core muscles- The squat and hanging leg raise. These exercises not only target these body parts, but also strengthen many other muscles as an added bonus.
Upper Body Bootcamp
A workout to sculpt your shoulders, tone your triceps, and strengthen your arms at an intensity that is not only guaranteed to build strength but will also burn fat!

1. The basic principles of weight lifting
2. How to design yourself an exercise program for this semester
3. The difference between training for muscular endurance, strength, power, or size.
Spring break is just around the corner! Join Strength Club this semester and get the body you've always wanted.
